At the event ‘Cybercrimes’ organised by the Istanbul Bar Association Student Union, Att. Celil Aktaş took part as a speaker along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zafer İçer from Marmara University. In the event, several issues related to cybercrimes, including the definition and types of cybercrimes, the international dimension of the cybercrimes, the impact of artificial intelligence on cybercrimes and the new types of crimes brought by technological development, were discussed both from a theoretical and practical aspect.
